Alan Fung, Managing Director

- Seasoned investment banker with over 30 years of experience in corporate finance and investment banking.

- A merchant banker in ING Bank and Creditanstalt-Bankverein (a major Austrian Bank which integrated into Bank Austria Creditanstalt AG) and played an instrumental role in leading the execution of IPOs, equity fund raising, M&As, structured loan financing and other corporate finance transactions.

- Established Asia Financial Capital Ltd in 1997 as the investment banking arm of Asia Commercial Bank (now known as Public Bank) and headed the investment banking division. Completed MBO of Asia Financial Capital Ltd in 2002, restructured into Goldbond Capital Ltd in 2003 which was subsequently merged into Piper Jaffray.

- Founded the corporate finance division of Partners Capital International Ltd in 2004 which was subsequently merged into a listed company in Hong Kong and established a notable market position in the M&A market.

- Acquired Octal Capital Limited in 2012 which achieved a leading position and captured notable market share across the M&A and corporate finance markets.



 
Louis Chan, Executive Director

- With over 20 years of experience in corporate finance and investment banking, and having participated in and completed numerous Hong Kong IPOs and over 200 financial advisory transactions.

- Previously held senior management positions at Partners Capital International Limited and Asia Financial Capital Limited, responsible for corporate finance, IPOs, and mergers and acquisitions transactions.

- Obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 2000 and the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in 2007.




     
Fionna Chau, Director

- Over 20 years of experience in corporate finance and merchant banking in Hong Kong and the PRC.

- Corporate finance deals including initial public offerings, rights issues, asset injections and disposals, merger and acquisitions and securities placements.

- Ms. Chau has worked in investment banking department of ING Bank HK and finance department of a listed Hong Kong property company.

   
Celina Yuen, Director

- Over 15 years’ corporate finance experience, including IPO, financial advisories on M&A and Takeovers related projects.

- Master degree of international business in Monash University, Australia.
   
Ben Chui, Director

- Over 16 years’ corporate finance and accounting experience, responsible for execution of various IPO, rights issue, open offer, securities placement and merger and acquisitions transactions.

- Member of the HKICPA and a CFA charterholder.
